IT training center СyberBionic Systematics, based in Kyiv, intended to conquer the IT education markets in other cities of Ukraine and enter the markets of the neighboring countries. It was both too expensive and risky for the training center to open branch offices in every potentially attractive city. The payback period of such education business could take many years, and there is a little chance to find the needed quantity of professional trainers.

Solution

Cbsystematics Development offered the best solution for the training center: a platform for video lessons, video trainings. The solution allows to control the entire process of studying – starting with obtaining materials and watching video lessons, and finishing with testing and consulting after accomplishing the course. The period of development, from the idea to final implementation, took about 3 months – that’s permanent support. Problem

There are many service providers offering hosting, colocation, server exchange, etc. Training center Cyber Bionic Systematics hasa lot of resources, it was hard and uncomfortable to administer them, the company had a need for single, unified authorization for all the resources, and the storage of centralized customer base.

Solution

Specialists of Cbsystematics Developments, highly qualified in the development of cloud solutions, havee used Azure websites and Azure virtual machines (Microsoft Azure). They have transferred the whole IT infrastructure to the cloud, completely eliminating the necessity of server administration. Thus, cloud technology and MS Azure have enabled the reducing the expenses for salary of special administrator and for the maintenance of the server. Thanks to the cloud solution, with the help of Single Sing On and Azure Active Directory, the problem of single system for the storage of information regarding customers has been solved. Also the possibility has appeared, due to the Azure: usage of all the resources of the company by a single account, after the registration at the training center, thereby increasing customer loyalty. With the help of Azure Media Services, the problem of providing media content to users has been solved, reducing costs for the purchase of equipment for streaming video and at the same time providing the possibility to play instructional videos safely, with minimal chance of copying. MS Azure and cloud solution, which was provided by Cbsystematics Development, have led to increase the overall scalability of company processes, because maintenance costs are directly proportional to the amount of use.

This solution is a client-server application, billing system, which enables all the managers simultaneously to access a single database of current connections. In Raiffeisen Bank Aval, the managers of credit risks department worked in Excel tables. Thus, vast amount of time was used to spend for every customer, that led to low efficiency of those employees in Raiffeisen Bank Aval, engaged in the work regarding credit risks.

Solution

Specialists of Cbsystematics Development, having good knowledge in the area of the development of credit risks systems, transferred the tables to InfoPath forms, based on SharePoint. At the same time, original algorithms developed by business analysts of Raiffeisen Bank Aval have been preserved. This solution has enabled to automate the work of credit risks department, the process of identifying problem customers and the possibility of issuing credits. It has optimized the calculation of credit risks in Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

Early warning system of credit risks

Problem

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine needed to measure current state of graduates' knowledge. The main difficulty, for the highest governmental body of Ukraine’s education system, was to simultaneously handle 400,000 connections from different parts of the country, thus resulting to high load for server.

Solution

For the needs of education, Cbsystematics Development, having good knowledge in the area of the development of testing systems, has elaborated new testing system, web-based application built on Microsoft Azure service. The application scaled automatically if the increase of user connections take place. For the first time in Ukraine, cloud computing technologies were implemented. Thanks to Microsoft Azure and the decision of our developers, testing was carried out successfully, by means of this testing system. The results were obtained and analyzed, the reports were compiled. Cbsystematics Development also took over the function of technical support to users in the testing process, as it should be in the development of testing systems.

Testing system for graduates of Ukrainian schools

Problem

The company Microsoft and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (the highest governmental body of Ukraine’s education system) faced the need to create web application for the automatization of learning process in schools.

The solution created by experts Cbsystematics Development, in accordance with their high level of knowledge in the area of the development of processing systems, and using Microsoft products, has helped to automate successfully the education process in private schools, high schools, and it has been used widely for several years. The functionality of School Box, for the purposes of education, includes schedule planning, teacher schedule planning, pupils and parents database, achievement alert system for parents, web classes, personal pages for pupils, web portal for the school bulletin board, news, calendar of events and general school records and possibility to check homework and lead discussion. School Box - electronic control system for schools

Problem

International IT training center CyberBionic Systematics needed a single platform for testing and certification students.

Solution

Cbsystematics Development has elaborated an effective testing system – Test Provider, the first online platform for testing of specialists in the field of information technology. Nowadays the platform supports a variety of devices and provides an API for external applications which require a mechanism for testing. In 2009 this testing system was one of the first cloud computing solutions for business in Ukraine. Thus, Test Provider became one of the leading innovative projects in the development of testing systems. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine was one of the participating parties. This solution – new testing system for the needs of education – enables training center the estimation of progress in the learning process of students during the course, by means of quizes (consists of five questions), and their results after completion of the entire course, through the final test. The platform for testing is in the ownership, thus providing great competitive advantage due to the fact that other Ukrainian training centers of the IT learning field don't have anything like this testing system. Test Provider also enables monitoring the performance of trainers and the effectiveness of training programs in education process. Since the implementation of this testing system (2009), about 8,000 confirming certificates have been issued for students whose score was more than 70 %.

International Ttraining center Cyber Bionic Systematics had a problem regarding the distribution of load for coaches, effective planning of training schedules, the registration of coaches' work time, the accounting of paying tuition from students.

Solution

Cbsystematics Development, being highly qualified in the development of CRM systems, has elaborated CRM system, which has enabled to automatize the process of groups formation, training schedule planning, the calculation of wages for coaches. In addition, CRM has become the instrument for online accounting, automatic billing for customers, congratulations on birthdays for students. Marketing department has benefited from this CRM system, for mailings targeted to more narrow segment of audience, and this activity resulted to 30% increase of the number of students applying for repeat training. The applying of this CRM system has also enabled to reduce the time spent by managers for the purposes of logistics and organization of learning process, by 90%, thus freeing up time to provide better quality of customer support. The solution, using CRM, is a complex web-oriented product for training center process organization. This CRM system includes a module for planning schedules, which allows distributing the load among the coaches, and best utilization rate of classrooms. The CRM also contains modules for the timing of work and for payroll.
