Description: System to monitor subscribers of internet service provider. The system consisted of a web application for subscribers and desktop application consumed by system administrator. The administrative interface allows tracking and monitoring the status of subscribers, their personal accounts and service activation and build different reports. Web portal for subscribers allowed receiving notifications from the administrator, viewing the status of personal accounts, and making payments and connecting new services.
