Client Goal:

To implement a system for early detection of credit risks by analyzing a wide range of data sources and client interaction history. The system aimed to provide timely insights into potentially negative trends in counterparties' activities and offer recommendations to minimize financial losses.

Our Contribution:

Our team was responsible for the support and extension of the existing solution within the bank's corporate SharePoint environment. We developed and customized components using SharePoint platform capabilities, created and managed input forms via InfoPath, and integrated Excel/Excel Services for data collection and reporting. The system included tools for gathering client data from multiple sources, analyzing risk levels based on historical interaction, and generating risk mitigation recommendations.

Project Success:

The early warning system became an essential part of the bank's internal risk management toolkit. It enabled timely identification of high-risk clients and helped prevent potential losses. Its seamless integration with SharePoint allowed bank employees to work within a familiar environment while improving data-driven decision-making across departments.
